Add the Festival Hat NPC to Guild Halls
Reasoning behind this suggestion is that many people use their GH as sort of a 'one-stop' base where the merchant, dye trader, xunlai storage, and rune trader are close-by. Less travelling around to get the stuff you want, then less travelling back to the storage.
Just a bit of extra convenience to have the funny hat trader there too. |
